Best 12 of 2012

This is a little late in posting but I we're not out of January yet!!  I wanted to go through all of my sessions in 2012 and find my favourite 12 photos. I didn't realize how hard it was going to be!! I love everything I've done this year. I'm extremely greatful for being able to create these images whether it be to save dogs or to capture families at their silliest.  Now if your photo didn't make it that doesn't make it any less of my favourite.  Like I said, this was tough. :)

1. Cvets Pets - I took this photo at an MMDR event where the Blue Bombers and Cvets Pets showed up to sign autographs. Seriously THE cutest picture. (as you can see that's before my official logo)

2. Rambo, my first three legged dog - I had the pleasure of photographing Rambo right after his leg amputation surgery. He was so happy. :)

3. Tyler & Ashley - Tyler & Ashley were my first engagement session. I happened to meet Ashley back stage at a fitness competition we were both in. We had so much fun that day.

4. Rick & Candace - Rick & Candace were my first maternity shoot. I think I was more focused on Rick's tattoos than Candace's belly. :)

5. Jessica & Aaron, engagement session - Jessican & Aaron were the first couple to ask me to be a part of not only their engagement session but their wedding as well.  Oh and we can't forget Texas. Can you spot him?

6. 65th wedding anniversary - I was asked to be a part of a HUGE milestone for friends of mine.  I felt so bad since neither of these two could really hear me but the family was there to help me "bark" orders. haha

7. Manitoba Mutts Dog Rescue Blooper Album - This photos is of Sara Robinson, the owner of MMDR and one HUGE helper one afternoon while we were photographing pups at her house.  This photo inspired my MMDR Blooper album on my Facebook page which I promise to get back to. It's too priceless not to.

8. Shane & Jennifer Ward, Wedding - A very good friend of mine, Shane, from my singing days was getting married and asked me to be a part of the day.  Alot of the photos from that day are my favourites because it was my first official wedding as a photographer and I love every single image. 9. Jessica & Aaron, wedding - This is a shot from Jessica & Aaron's wedding where we went in to the local bar to take a few photos and have a drink. The groom and his men gathered around the pool table and it turned out to be one of my favourite photos of the day.

10. The Bamburak Family - Man did we have fun during this shoot!! This is the family's version of dinosaur faces. Priceless.

11. Alicia, Jason, and Murphy - You've seen me post Murphy before, well here he is again. I love this photo.

12. Lauren & Kyle - Lauren & Kyle wanted to get some photos for their family for Christmas and luckily on their session day there was some beautiful hoar frost.
